The CIFL is a unifying force in the laboratory industry, bringing together suppliers, distributors and importers of equipment, consumables and reagents as well as service providers. Members come together to address industry-wide issues as well as specific problems.

In the best interest of all, CIFL members, regardless of how large or small their companies may be, have an opportunity to be heard, to be kept informed and to be defended with the same level care and attention.
The laboratory is the common thread shared by all CIFL members and constitutes a single market where a wide variety of professionals serve a multitude of different clients.
CIFL member companies are committed to working together to defend the profession while respecting their clients, principals, competitors and employees.

In order to achieve this goal, the CIFL has three major charters:

The employee safety charter

all sectors of business and all techniques across the laboratory industry.

CIFL puts communication first and has implemented many tools designated to inform its members : all the Laboratory news is regularly treated and distributed and the evolution of our profession is analysed to help companies when taking decisions.
  • The CIFL LETTER : a monthly link newsletter is addressed to all members. It summarizes the works being carried out and gives information about the activities of the association and of its members as well as about the Laboratory market

  • The POOLS : they are monthly and cover an economic, organizational, social or strategic aspect of companies. Their analysis is published in the CIFL letter.

  • The CLUB : many times a year, depending on current affairs and needs, the CLUB unites all its members around a great topic of general interest. The CLUB is animated by specialists who act on subjects as varied as : work time management of marketing people, customer relationship, WEEE-RoHS directive,…

  • The YEARBOOK : with detailed information about all the member companies of CIFL, its complete file of professional press and its useful addresses, the CIFL Yearbook is a real information guide of the profession.
